به‌تر است از فایل doc استفاده نکنی و به جای‌اش نسخه‌ی pdf یا ps آن را بگذاری (pdf ارجیح دارد برای عموم).

well, all your　efforts/good works shall be properly appreciated.
However, I think it is rather unprofessional to hold such Scientific Speeches using Ph.D. Candidates/ Students! Particularly in a high ranking University with many Ph.D. Students and experienced professors.
Would any of you guys in America or EU let us know, how often this (Scientific speech of a Ph.D. Student) happen in your university?!

You are highly out of touch with the reality of Iran. it is very hard for graduate students in iran to participate in conferences held outside iran, these speeches give them an opportunity to be in touch with some of the researchers in their field of interest.
So it is not only unprofessional but also pretentious for you to say ...

2- As said； the efforts and good work should be properly appreciated.
3- Some Ph.D. students offering their experiences and share those with students in Iran (Very much appreciated); however, we don’t call these as scientific speeches!
4- I am aware of the reality of Iran;(was in Iran by MSc) some even with a undergraduate degree may be called DANESHMAND, MOHAGHEGH,… and held their brilliant theories!!
5- Even if you are studying in developed world, you are totally out tough with the reality of real /scientific world! Next time, when you bring the so-called CLASS of developed world to Iran, please pay a bit attention to the principles, prestige and hierarchies of developed world (particularly scientific society) too
6- Read a comment carefully.

I do not understand why you are insisting that these talks are not scientific speeches. Who said they are? This is an effort to create some connections and knowledge diffusion which can benefit Iranian community. Who can define what is professional and what is not in this case? Please read Hamed's post again. He does not call these talks any thing. He just informs every one of such talks. In most of the graduate schools there are regular talks given by PhD and Master students. Assume that this is one of them. Please do not discourage those who are spending hundreds of hours of their time trying to help their country even if in small steps. For example, Hamed himself does not get any benefit out of this but he kindly is helping them. There are others like Hamed that are helping this or similar activities and you do not even see their names any where. If you do not help, please do not discourage either. I am sorry if you find my comments harsh.

OK. I do, , then these kind helps could be titled as ,for instance; friendly talk, or...NOT scientific speaches helding with students.

Ehsan,
In any scientific conference in so called developed countries, the majority of paper presenters and speakers are graduate students. May be less than 10 percent of the talks in a usual scientific conference is given by highly experienced researchers. Most of the talks by experienced researchers are key note speeches.
So I don't think your point here is valid, neither your concerns about principles or scientific hierarchies .
